  • Where can I see your product in person?

    ARCADE, our flagship showroom in Gastown, Vancouver is open by appointment and located at #215 - 332 Water Street (Le Magasin building, with front door access on Cordova at Homer Street).

    Bookings to ARCADE Showroom are available online here.

    To visit a local store in your area, please see our list of stockists.

    We can also schedule virtual showroom walk-throughs, by appointment. Please contact us for availability.

    Where are your products manufactured?

    We are proud to partner with hand-selected glass blowers, woodworkers and metal fabricators in Canada and around the world. Our core product line is designed in Vancouver, with components largely fabricated here in Vancouver, BC and through our partners in Italy. Assembly, quality checks and packaging/distribution are done out of our Vancouver-based warehouse/workshop.

    How can I clean and maintain my light fixture?

    What type of lamping do you offer?

    Depending on the collection, we offer two types of lamping: replaceable LEDs which can be replaced and integrated LEDs which are built-in to the light fixture. You can refer to each product's specification sheet for full details or contact us.

    Do you offer custom configurations?

    If you're looking for a more personalized piece, we can work with custom requests for certain modifications and finishes within the standard product line. Please contact us directly with the details of your request, or fill out out a bespoke request form for project inquiries that fall outside of our regular product line.

    What types of payments do you accept?
    We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) through a Level 1 PCI service provider with the highest payment processing security grade.

    You can also choose to pay by wire transfer or cheque.

    What is your return policy?

  • What is your warranty policy?
    We hope that you will enjoy our product for a lifetime. Our collections are designed to last, and we hand-select componentry and craftspeople with that sentiment in mind. Each individual order is hand-tested and assessed prior to dispatch. You can review our warranty policy here.

    Need to make a return?
    If your product is eligible for a return, please fill out the form below and email it to sales@matthewmccormick.ca for review and to receive your RMA (Returns Material Authorization) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

  • We strongly recommend working with an experienced electrician for your fixture installation. Installation instructions have been included in your product packaging. Should you require a digital copy, please contact us.

    Important note for DAWN fixtures: Branches are NOT adjustable on-site. Twisting or manipulating the configuration is likely to damage the electrical connection, thus voiding warranty.

  • Please handle your fixture with extreme care, using the white gloves provided in the packaging to install. In addition:

    Regular dusting is recommended using a dry, microfibre cloth for all plated, power-coated or stained wood finishes.

    Gentle cleaning with mild, soapy water can be used as necessary, wiped dry immediately. Water should never sit on the product.

    No chemical cleaners should be used anywhere on the fixture.

    Use a damp, lint-free cloth to gently wipe down any glass surfaces (ie. globes, bulbs) or diffuser lenses.

  • Do you ship internationally (outside of Canada and the USA)?

    Our fixtures can be shipped globally, however, we do ask that you confirm lighting certification requirements for your area before purchase.

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, most of our standard product line carries a lead time of ~6-8 weeks unless otherwise indicated at the time of order placement. For inventory availability or special requests that may fall outside of standard lead time, please contact sales@matthewmccormick.ca.

    We also carry a number of high-demand products in stock at our Vancouver warehouse which may be available for projects with shorter lead times.

  • We have a Trade Program in place for registered architects and design firms. Please submit our Design Trade Network form to sign up for a trade account.
